Josephine work with several different methods, both analogue and digital. In design, painting and installation, she mixes the various media and plays with words, sounds and video.

Josephine fills her sensory and mind with music, literature, image streams, botany, and the sensuous beauty and brutality of nature.

Her work stems from a need of finding peace and illuminate the sensibility of us humans. At the same time, she works with the connection between nature and humans and how we can let nature be a greater part of our consciousness in everything we do.

She believes that only when we show sympathy we take care of the planet and understand our authentic and sensitive selves, and in the acceptance that nature feeds us, oxygenates us, water us, keeps us alive.
