About

Josephine Mathea were established in spring 2020 and is based in Copenhagen. In the work with the creation and production of posters & originals, she endeavors to take the planet into account as much as possible.

Quality

The motifs are printed on 210g mat Hahnemühle art paper which is FSC certified.

Originals are painted on recycled paper, wood or 100 % cotton fabric

The works are wrapped in recycled paper and sent in a FSC-certified poster tube.

All orders will be dispatched within one working week (Monday to Friday) All orders will be dispatched by GLS

Package shop, delivery or collection

You choose whether you want your package delivered to the package shop, at your own address, or whether you want to collect your package yourself in Copenhagen K. In the event of collection, wait for the email regarding information about collection time and address.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been approved and a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way

We accept the following cards: Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, and Appel pay. If your card is not on this list, please contact us.

Exchange & return

You can exchange your item within 14 days of receiving the package, as long as your item is in the same condition as when you received it.

How to return

Shipping will not be refunded. This applies to the original freight as well as the delivery used to return. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the costs of the new order delivery.

Repayment will be made as soon as possible, and Josephine will return the amount within 30 days in accordance with section 12c of the Consumer Contracts Act.
